Fees, durations and costs on this site are typical figures, given in good faith to help you plan. They are not an offer. The fee for your project is set out in a written fee letter after a site visit, and only that letter forms part of an appointment.

Drawings, text and photographs on this site are the property of the practice or are used under licence. You may share a link to any page; please ask before reproducing images.
Appointments
Architectural services are provided under a written appointment, usually the RIBA standard professional services contract. Nothing on this website creates an appointment.
